SUMMARY:4th Berlin-BioTECH Symposium: Secure Federated AI in Bio- & Chemical Engineering
DESCRIPTION:Our symposium brings together experts working at the interface of AI and biotechnology. The focus will be on federated and privacy-preserving machine learning approaches that enable collaborative model development and knowledge transfer in bio- and chemical engineering. We will explore how enabling technologies such as agentic AI\, federated learning and blockchain can transform data management and intellectual property protection to accelerate innovation and scientific discovery. The program will also address practical challenges\, including data governance and AI-readiness\, standardization\, and regulatory aspects in cross-institutional settings. The event aims to create a space for open exchange between academia and industry and to stimulate new collaborations aiming at radically transforming the digital landscape of bioprocess development by knowledge exchange and reuse.  \n\n\n\nInfo about speakers\, sessions and registration will follow soon.
