SUMMARY:Partnering-Workshop InnoCellPro/PreciCell Innovationshub
DESCRIPTION:Im Oktober findet im Rahmen der Konzeptphase für einen vom BMFTR geförderten nationalen Innovationshub im Bereich biotechnologisch hergestellter Lebensmittel ein zweitägiger\, hybrider Partnering-Workshop statt (26.–27.10.2026). Das Fachgebiet Bioverfahrenstechnik (BVT) der TU Berlin organisiert den Workshop gemeinsam mit Partnern aus ganz Deutschland. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIm Zentrum steht die gemeinsame Entwicklung konkreter\, unternehmensnaher FuE-Projektideen entlang der zentralen Technologieplattformen – von Zellkultur über Präzisionsfermentation bis zu Nachhaltigkeit und Lebenszyklusbewertung. In moderierten Arbeitsgruppen bringen Unternehmen und Forschungspartner ihren konkreten Entwicklungsbedarf ein und legen die Grundlage für die erste Tranche gemeinsamer Projekte. Parallel wird die Governance-Struktur des entstehenden Hubs mit den beteiligten Partnern verfeinert. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nBio-PAT begleitet den Prozess strategisch\, mit besonderem Fokus auf die Einbindung prozessanalytischer Technologien entlang der Wertschöpfungskette. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWeitere Informationen und die Anmeldung folgen in Kürze.

SUMMARY:4th Berlin-BioTECH Symposium: Secure Federated AI in Bio- & Chemical Engineering
DESCRIPTION:Our symposium brings together experts working at the interface of AI and biotechnology. The focus will be on federated and privacy-preserving machine learning approaches that enable collaborative model development and knowledge transfer in bio- and chemical engineering. We will explore how enabling technologies such as agentic AI\, federated learning and blockchain can transform data management and intellectual property protection to accelerate innovation and scientific discovery. The program will also address practical challenges\, including data governance and AI-readiness\, standardization\, and regulatory aspects in cross-institutional settings. The event aims to create a space for open exchange between academia and industry and to stimulate new collaborations aiming at radically transforming the digital landscape of bioprocess development by knowledge exchange and reuse.  \n\n\n\nInfo about speakers\, sessions and registration will follow soon.
