AFS develops Multi-Spectral Fiber Systems (MSFS) and use it for process-control in-line<\/em> applications in industry, medical diagnostics and environment monitoring. AFS provides experimental test of customer process in-line <\/em>in very broad 0.3-16\u00b5m range with fiber coupled spectrometers used for 4 key spectroscopy methods. Comparison of all spectral changes during specific reaction monitoring allows us to define its key spectral features and select only the most valuable set (from 1 or more methods) for the calculation of optimized AI-based chemometric model.<\/span><\/p>\n

AFS develops customized chemometric model for selected process \u2013 translating the spectral data from the most informative method (or fused from 2 or more) \u2013 into the terms of chemical component changes during the process.<\/span><\/p>\n

These 2 steps pave the basis to develop the customized Spectral Fiber Sensors (SFS) for the specific production process \u2013 the 3rd<\/sup> stage of work to do in case of customer interest. SFS can be produced after development for substantial reduced cost\/ price and size, while they will collect key spectral data in-citu from critical zones of reaction\/ process and transmit them in real time to iCloud where AI-based chemometric model will enable in-line process control & its automation.<\/span><\/p>\n
