DESCRIPTION:Bio-PAT at VLB October convention \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe 107th October Convention of VLB Berlin will take place on October 9 and 10\, 2023 at VLB Berlin. This symposium is aimed at technical managers from the brewing\, malting\, beverage industry and their partners from the supply industry.  \n\n\n\nOn 10.10.23 at 11:45 am\, Dr. Anika Bockisch (Bio-PAT e.V.) will present the PDW-Spectrsocopy as an innivative tool for the monitoring of the mashing and fermentation process in the brewery.
