Bio-PAT at VLB October convention

The 107^th October Convention of VLB Berlin will take place on October 9 and 10, 2023 at VLB Berlin. This symposium is aimed at technical managers from the brewing, malting, beverage industry and their partners from the supply industry. 

On 10.10.23 at 11:45 am, Dr. Anika Bockisch (Bio-PAT e.V.) will present the PDW-Spectrsocopy as an innivative tool for the monitoring of the mashing and fermentation process in the brewery. The talk is entitled „Einsatz der inline-Photonendichtewellenspektroskopie in der Brauerei“.
