The BlueSens gas sensor GmbH, a member of the Bio-PAT network, offers a live webinar in English presenting the YeastForce technology – a user-friendly yeast performance testing in dough samples.
It determines the dough volume, gas holding capacity, tearing point and more parameters. By this, it helps to improve yeast based processes, e.g. the baking process.
