Training Concept by BlueSens

We are continuously working on optimizing our processes and have revised our training programs for distribution partners.
BlueSens is valued worldwide as a quality brand and we’d like to equip you, as a BlueSens sales partner, with the necessary knowledge so that you can present yourself competently and confidently to customers.
We have optimized the BlueVary certification process and developed new framework conditions for certification with the aim of training you even more effectively and maintaining the quality of customer consultations at a high level.

• An annual repetition of the sales training (online) is mandatory; otherwise, the silver sales license (see table below) will expire.
• At least two people from your company must always take part. In this way, we create the necessary redundancy in relation to personnel changes, among other things.
• The success of each training unit is checked by a short knowledge test at the end.
• You should appoint a BlueSens product manager at your company who will ensure that the trained knowledge is passed on to your employees and who will be your permanent contact person for all matters relating to the training courses.
• In future, we will be offering annual intensive training courses (gold license) with even more detailed topics on site at our premises in Herten. (From a number of participants of 5 employees upwards, we can gladly organize a training at your side for a small fee).

In future, you can choose between 2 different licenses to suit you and your team.
