Chauvin Arnoux Indatech supplies non-invasive optic solutions for the supervision, development and real-time inspection of processes and complex solid and liquid products. They comprise diode array spectrometer and hyperspectral camera systems – from UV to NIR as well as Raman – for lab QC and QbD analysis, real-time material characterization and advanced process control. Devices are in place at major pharmaceutical and biotechnological institutions for many years now even in complex environment (ATEX).
Monitoring solutions for direct implementation into the production line are available as follows:
- ASURYAN, a UVVIS system for up to 3 channels, which can be combined with fibre-optic flow cells (with multi-pathlength options) and probes.
- Spot-4-Line, a multi-angle LED spectrometer dedicated to direct installation in a process piping, providing chemical and physical characterization of the fluid measured. Connectable to the standard industrial control systems with fast data transfer.
- HyTernity: a multipoint NIR system capable of measuring up to 27 measurement points simultaneously. Can be combined with fibre-optic flow cells and probes.
- Viserion, a Raman system being capable of real simultaneous measurements (4 channels), equipped with a deep-cooled sensor for low-noise measurements. Capable of measuring product through the container (vial/cartridge analyser).
- SAM-SPEC, a new probe technology able to provide both physical and chemical information related to your complex liquid directly in the process in real time. Based on Spatially Resolved Spectroscopy. Combined with UV-Vis (Asuryan) or NIR (HyTernity) spectrometers.
- HypeReal: Hyperspectral imaging platform for real-time, non-destructive control of solid dosage forms (CU, coating, defects) and formulation development of liquids (cartridge, syringe, vial).
