Bio-PAT e.V. Welcomes Dr. Leon Kunz as Executive Director
Bio-PAT e.V. is pleased to welcome Dr. Leon Kunz as Executive Director (Geschäftsführer), effective 1 December 2025. Dr. Kunz will assume responsibility for network management during an extended period of parental leave. He brings extensive experience in academic research, institutional development, and international collaboration.
Dr. Kunz completed his PhD at SOAS University of London and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Texas at Austin, where he helped build and support an academic center. He is well versed in project and event organization, as well as networking and strategic communication.
We look forward to working with Dr. Kunz and to continued collaboration within the Bio-PAT network.
