KNAUER will exhibit at Booth H62. With their partner in France, Mazet, they will be happy to introduce you to our range of solutions for liquid chromatography, dosing, and the production of lipid nanoparticles.
LC at KNAUER ranges from highly sensitive UHPLC systems for LC-MS analysis to preparative HPLC systems for the purification of e.g. active ingredients or fine chemicals on a pilot scale. For the special field of protein purification, KNAUER also offers bioinert systems up to the pilot scale. If your LC separation task can be broken down to the separation of a binary system, the purification can be carried out with highest efficiency on a Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography (SMBC) system, allowing to maximize purity AND yield and save up to 90 % of the eluent.
The systems for the production of API-loaded lipid nanoparticles (LNP) for the pharmaceutical industry apply the scalable Impingement Jets Mixing (IJM) process. KNAUER offers benchtop systems designed for formulation research and clinical trial scale. KNAUER’s large IJM systems, e.g. for mRNA vaccine production, have proven their efficiency during the corona pandemic. These systems can be customized to your needs in a rollable skid.
